IPO-bound Zetwerk to raise Rs 600 Cr from co-founders via new entity

According to filings, the B2B ecommerce platform will raise new funding from Creovate Innovation—a company set up by Zetwerk’s co-founders, Amrit Acharya and Srinath Ramakkrushnan.
